These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of blacksheepuae.com (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Black Sheep Management (“Black Sheep”, “we”, “us”).

16) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates.

Unless mandatory law says otherwise, courts located in Dubai, UAE will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes related to these Terms or the Site.

If your business relationship with us is governed by a separate signed agreement, that agreement may set different governing law or forum for disputes within its scope.

17) Miscellaneous Legal Terms

Severability: If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest remains in effect.
No waiver: If we do not enforce a right, we do not waive it.
Entire agreement: These Terms are the entire agreement about Site use, unless a signed client agreement applies to a specific engagement.
